I think that there are no right and wrong answers to death penalty, but more of a factual issue.
返信削除I do not understand why there are differences in death penalty throughout the world.
Why did they ban electrical chairs?
I'm not sure myself but I think they banned it because sometimes the victim would catch fire leading to a gruesome death.
削除I heard that they banned electrical chairs because hanging takes about an hour and it gives more pain to the condemned criminals. Furthermore, the executioner feels less guilty.
